Can dealers purchase zaun|zu® products?
Specialized retailers, fence builders, construction markets, online retailers and distributors can request a cooperation. Product range, market, conditions and processes are coordinated according to the project.

Yes. privacy screening products can be made up and packaged under foreign trade mark depending on product group, quantity and technical approval.
Can custom packaging, EAN and labels be used?
Custom packaging, EAN and labelling are project-related possible. Layout, data, quantities and release steps are defined before implementation.
Fulfillment
Is Dropshipping possible with neutral shipping?
Yes, ZZW can ship directly to end customers of the business customer. Neutral delivery notes and shipping labels are possible; the concrete fulfillment process is agreed.

Are special dimensions and individual motifs possible?
Special dimensions, laser processing and motifs are tested according to material, quantity and technical feasibility. Only the project approval confirms the feasibility.
Which minimum quantities apply to special colours?
A general minimum quantity is not published at a flat rate. Special colours depend on product, quantity and release process and are checked for the specific request.
Can ZZW develop custom product and packaging concepts for trade partners?
On a project basis, third-party brands or private label, customer-specific packaging, EAN and labels, assembly, custom dimensions and motifs, as well as neutral shipping processes can be coordinated. Implementation depends on the product group, quantity, technical feasibility and approval process.
Digital integration
Is EDI possible?
Yes. Supported transmission forms include AS2, X.400, CSV, FTP and OpenXML. Scope and technical characteristics are defined according to the project.
Is there a REST API?
REST-based connections can be integrated project-related. Data scope, authentication and update rhythm are specified together.
What types of EDI messages are there?
The proposed types include ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, INVOIC, SLSRPT, ORDRSP, OSTRPT and PRICAT. Other types can be implemented project-related.
Can product data be exchanged automatically?
Yes, data can be exchanged via REST, EDI, CSV, FTP or OpenXML depending on the project. Content and update must be agreed.
Is there any experience with Mirakl?
Mirakl competence and experience with marketplace and EDI processes are available. The concrete connection depends on platform and project requirements.
