Website operation
Hosting and server logs
Few technical data are required for the secure delivery of the website.
Hosting service provider
The website is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, as a processor.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the reliable, secure and abuse-resistant operation of the website.
Log data and storage time
During the page call, IP address, date and time, retrieved resource, referrer – if transmitted –, browser and operating system information, HTTP status and transferred data amount can be processed.
Server log files will be deleted after seven days at the latest. Longer storage is possible in individual cases if it is necessary to clarify a concrete attack or abuse.
Consent management
Necessary and optional functions
The information pages work without statistics. The consent management only remembers your selection.
Necessary storage
Your selection will be stored under the "zaunzu_consent_v 1" key in the local memory of your browser. The Consent version, the decision for or against statistics and the time of selection will be saved. The decision will be taken into account for a maximum of six months; we will ask again for that.
This storage is not for visitor analysis. It is necessary to implement your expressly requested data protection selection. To the extent applicable, it is based on § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser blocks the local memory, the query can appear again.
Selection and revocation
You can accept all optional services, select only necessary functions or set your selection in detail. The link "Privacy settings" in the footer will open this selection again at any time.
A revocation applies to the future. The legality of processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
Optional web analysis
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics is activated only after you have explicitly consented to the Statistics category.
Activation only after consent
Subject to your prior explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to statistically evaluate use of the website.
Without this consent, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no Analytics data is collected through this website. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via Privacy settings in the footer.
To the extent applicable, the storage or reading of information on your device is based on § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG and the subsequent processing of personal data on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR. Additional national data protection rules remain unaffected.
Possible data and recipients
In the case of an activated and consented web analysis, page calls, session data, approximate location information, device and browser information, referrer as well as pseudonymous identifiers can be processed. Google Analytics uses the first party cookie for this, among other things "_ga".
Processing by Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Depending on the circumstances, Google bases transfers on an adequacy decision, in particular the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and/or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The specific GA4 configuration, retention period and data processing arrangements are reviewed regularly; this notice is updated as necessary.
Consent Mode v 2 without data flow prior to consent
The consent signals analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to denied by default. With statistics consent, only analytics_storage is changed to granted; advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled.
We use a basic Consent Mode implementation: until statistics consent is given, no Google tag is loaded and no measurement signals without consent are sent to Google.
Technical admin meeting
The technically necessary session cookie "PHPSESSID" is only used when calling the protected administration or preview area or for continuing an existing session. It is used for authentication and website security, not visitor analysis, and is deleted when closing the browser.
To the extent applicable, these technically necessary functions are based on § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR.
No automated decisions
This website does not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. No analysis data is transmitted to Google without a shared measurement ID and statistical consent.
Communication
Contact and external links
Further data is processed when someone actively contacts or follows an external link.
E-mail and telephone
Data transmitted voluntarily by e-mail or telephone will be processed to process the request. Depending on the content, this is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b, c or f GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply, provided that legal storage obligations do not require longer storage.
Links to other websites
External content is not loaded automatically. Only when clicking on an external link, the target provider receives the usual technical retrieval data. From this point on, its data protection information applies.
Rights of the data subject
Your rights
The GDPR and, where applicable, supplementary data protection laws grant data subjects different rights under the respective legal conditions.
Information and control
- Information about processed personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion or restriction of processing (Art. 17 and 18 GDPR)
- Data portability, if applicable (Art. 20 GDPR)
Objection, revocation and appeal
Processing on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR can be objected to according to Art. 21 GDPR. A given consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future via the privacy settings in the footer.
In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular at the habitual place of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
